MEMS
Gas Sensors
MEMS-based odor sensing chips achieve gas composition and concentration monitoring through the interaction between nanostructured sensitive films and target gas molecules. The sensor operates based on changes in the electrical properties of the sensitive film materials. It enables the detection of various gases, including specific gases such as CO, NOx, SO₂, O₃, NH₃, H₂S, TVOC, methane, acetone, formaldehyde, ethanol, and xylene. This single-sensor product features high consistency, high selectivity, high stability, and low power consumption, making it highly valuable in applications such as healthcare electronics, automotive electronics, consumer electronics, environmental protection and petrochemical industries, smart manufacturing, food industry, and pet electronics.
